Certificate holder name. Does it match the manufacturing facility’s business license exactly? A suffix like “sales department” or “branch office” attached to the name is a signal to request separate proof of production-site qualification.

Production address. Is this the actual plant floor, or an office address? When the two differ, ask for documentation that confirms which site houses the equipment needed for your order.
